I only just finished the Duality course by Jeffrey Allen, it was perfect timing as we are only at the beginning of the Covid19 crisis. The tools Jeffry teaches are so valuable, especially at this time. The course is well structured and the tasks easy to understand, however, I did not manage to follow the schedule as planned - therefore I am happy that I can revisit the course as many times as I need to. I have successfully applied different tools to help me be stronger, calmer and healthier, and have enjoyed getting more in touch with my higher self. Jeffrey’s meditations are calming and insightful. The “tribe” is a godsend in times of physical distancing, I am so grateful for this community and their empathy, stories and advice. I will definitely continue to practice and also integrate these new tools into my work (once I am allowed to work again) to help people heal. Thank you Jeffrey and thank you Mindvalley for helping us to evolve!
