I hadn’t heard of Donna Eden before the Mindvalley masterclass. I found her so unusual that I signed up for the Energy medicine class. Must say love that course. Thanks to the DER I find myself a lot less anxious and more in the moment. I love her approach to the class, try it before you diss it. Everyone should be taught these basics everywhere.
