I am really looking forward to making Energy Medicine a big part of my future

My name is Marian and I live in Kerry, Ireland. I am 64 years old and a retired nurse. Having worked in Healthcare for 40 years and raising two children, I now have lots of free time to relax ,garden--growing lots of my own veg and fruit--paint pictures, play, piano, walk, do some yoga and travel with my husband. We are to become grandparents for the first time later this year so life is very good!!

I never had any major health problems, am usually a happy and positive person,kept fairly fit and ate well so was surprised to be diagnosed with stage I breast cancer 4 years ago.

After surgery and radiotherapy I am now out the other side and have put it behind me on lifes journey. I think maybe the lesson from it was to look after myself and make more time for ME--as I seem to be a giver and helper and tend to put everyone else first. Having trained in Reflexology and Reiki, I know we are a lot more than our physical bodies and that I can do a lot to help myself stay healed and well

Which is why Energy Medicine has come into my life at the right time. I know I am only just finished week 8, but already feel more energetic and focused and I look forward to doing the D.E.R each day. I find the food testing facinating and very very helpful, as there is so much fear and confusion about what we should/shouldnt eat with many contradictions. I bought the 2 books Energy Medicine and Energy Medicine for Women so looking forward to studying those in detail at my own pace.
