"The Accelerator program has been a game-changer for me"

Quick summary

After completing her coaching certification, Tonje had the tools but lacked clarity and confidence. The Accelerator program helped them overcome imposter syndrome and discover that focusing on the right people, rather than everyone, was the key to truly serving others.

All my life, I felt a strong urge to help people but didn’t know how until I found coaching. As soon as I realized this was my path, I wanted to pursue it passionately.

I completed the CBC and felt equipped with all the tools and capabilities I needed to serve. However, I lacked confidence and, more importantly, clarity.

Ajit’s comment, “If you’re serving everyone, you’re serving no one,” really hit me because that’s exactly what I wanted to do!

The Accelerator program has been a game-changer for me. It gave me the accountability I needed to keep going when imposter syndrome set in, and helped me get out of my own ego. Ajit’s wisdom made me realize that I can’t help everyone because, as he says, “it’s not about capability but capacity.”
