Rewired how I show up as a business consultant and leadership coach
A business consultant and leadership coach discovered how NLP techniques transformed her ability to help high-achieving clients break through limiting beliefs and internal obstacles that strategy alone couldn't solve.
Regarding the NLP for Coaches Program I've spent years as a Business Consultant helping financial advisors and business leaders scale their practices and even longer running Purposeful Leaders, where I coach visionary leaders on getting out of their own way. So when I say Lenka Lutonska's NLP for Coaches course rewired how I show up in both worlds, that's not a throwaway compliment. That's real. Here's the thing about high achievers: they're brilliant at building the business and terrible at noticing the head trash running the show underneath it. This course gave me language and technique for what I already sensed intuitively. The meta-model questions "according to whom?" "compared to what?" "how specifically?" are now baked into how I listen. When a client tells me "I can't raise my fees" or "my team just doesn't get it," I don't take the sentence at face value anymore. I hear it as a surface story, and I know exactly which question cracks it open. The Perceptual Positions work has been a game-changer for conflict and delegation conversations specifically. Getting a leader to actually see a situation through their team member's eyes not just intellectually agree they should, but *feel* it, creates an aha moment no amount of advice-giving ever could. And the RARE Belief Change Process gave me a clean, repeatable way to help clients recognize a limiting belief, acknowledge it without shame, reframe it, and then actually embody the new one instead of just nodding along and reverting back to the same bullshit story a week later. What I love most is that this isn't therapy, it's a practical toolkit for helping already-successful people remove the internal obstacles that revenue and strategy alone can't touch. My clients aren't stuck because they lack ambition or intelligence. They're stuck because of a program running quietly in the background. Lenka gave me more tools to unlock their greatness. Grateful doesn't quite cover it.
