Found direction and spiritual connection after struggling with retirement

I decided to write my story because I loved the 7 day Mindvalley challenge. I learned so much and it’s a journey I want to continue on and to learn from. I am retired from a career in sales and I have always strived to make my life and those around me more beautiful filled with more love, more peace, more joy, more laughter, and more connection. I have struggled a bit with retirement and the feeling of what’s next. I have been searching most of my life for a spiritual connection and have been practicing meditation, taking better care of myself, and really just living my best life. That’s my story. It’s a simple one, yet it isn’t that simple.
