Blended clinical rigor with holistic wellness to help clients create lasting change

Quick summary

After 25 years in corporate and clinical wellness, this health coach discovered that lasting change requires more than data and checklists. Mindvalley's Holistic Health Coach certification gave her the missing framework to honor the mental, emotional, and spiritual sides of wellbeing alongside the physical.

I've spent more than 25 years helping people build healthier, more sustainable lives. What started as a career in corporate wellness slowly grew into something much bigger for me: a genuine fascination with how people actually change their behavior, not just what they're told to do. Over the years, I've worked across nearly every corner of the health and wellness world, from embedded corporate coaching at Intel to a decade of clinical health coaching at Legacy Health, and later into the world of digital health, using continuous glucose monitors and AI-driven biometrics to help clients understand their bodies in real time. Along the way, I earned my National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), along with credentials in lifestyle medicine. But somewhere in that journey, I kept noticing the same thing: the coaching that worked best wasn't just about data points or checklists. It was about the whole person, their mindset, their environment, their sense of purpose. That realization is what led me to Mindvalley's Holistic Health Coach certification. I wanted a framework that honored the mental, emotional, and even spiritual sides of wellbeing, not just the physical. That certification didn't replace what I'd already built. It rounded it out. Today, I bring that same full-picture approach into every client relationship, blending clinical rigor with a genuine curiosity about what makes people tick, so the changes my clients make actually stick.
