After attending the summit, Eva leveraged her existing assets to transform her financial situation. By strategically renting rather than selling her properties, she now generates over 12,000 euros in recurring monthly income and feels confident pursuing real estate investments.
I attended the summit, and it completely blew my mind. Attending the training made me realize that by leveraging assets I already had, I might achieve the financial peace of mind we all seek and start making my money work for me. So that's what I did. With the rent from my property, I was able to invest 7,000 euros in the old town property that hadn't sold in four years.
To my surprise, I was offered 40,000 euros more than what I was asking for, but I still decided not to sell it and instead put it up for long-term rent as well. As of today, thanks to this change in perspective, I have recurring monthly income of over 12,000 euros, which will allow me to venture into the world of real estate investments without any fear.
