I started working with John in August and the biggest aha moment was that I wasn't even looking at the follow-up of the client that came into the salon. They would leave and that was it. Now they get a text message from us when they leave. We send birthday messages, follow-up messages. This has increased our sales.

It's just basically learning how to implement the structures and procedures into any business and you get results.
