Before going through [Keith's program], when I met people, I used to not think anything more about meeting them other than just meeting someone who I haven't met before… Now that I've been through the course, I view each person I meet [for the first time] as an opportunity. They're opportunities to learn something new, for me to explore something new through, for me to help someone out, for me to grow...for us to grow.
