I am an ICF certified professional life coach specialized in emotional intelligence and coaching for transformation. About 4 years ago, I stopped working in the corporate world after 25 years working in IT industry to fully dedicate to the non-profit organization that my husband established 10 years ago, and I have totally changed my life. Having the opportunity to join this Lifebook program truly helped me to solidify my life vision and also allowed me to allocate time to think about how I want to live my life that is truly aligned with my passion and create the masterpiece for a life that I am meant to live. Thank you Jon and Missy for providing a very well-defined structure and framework that enabled me to examine my life in all different dimensions. I use a similar approach when I coach my clients, but I only use 7 dimensions of the wheel of life concept from Zig Ziglar. I really like how Jon and Missy incorporate Intellectual life and also separate parenting, social, and love and relationships into three separate dimensions, all of which are very important part of our life. As a result of these deep thoughts exercises, especially when my life is so busy with other work, it really helped me to gain much more clarity on what kind of life I want to live and start working toward the vision I set out for myself. Thank you for doing this meaningful work and I truly appreciate the opportunity to go through these past six weeks with you (the last week was a bit frustrated due to the snow storm that we got in Texas, so I lost electricity and water and couldn't join the last online coaching session, but I was able to view it though). Thank you for making a great difference in my life, Jon and Missy. I am putting a lot of work to achieve some vision on the career and financial areas and hence probably will not be able to join the Mastery Lifebook Program, but would be interested in the future.
