"Before Lifebook, I was lost."

Before Lifebook, I was lost. I did not have any direction in my life. I was just blindly going through my days, weeks, months, years. I just did what people expected of me without any thought of what it was costing me. Through the Lifebook experience, I have learned that my actions have cost me my identity. I am now a work in progress with clear goals and visions for myself. I went from a score of 80 to 124. I certainly wasn't expecting that big of a change when I started, but Lifebook has given me a place to take a close look at myself and get a clear vision of where I want to go from here. My life will only continue to get better from here because the way I think about myself and what is possible for me, has completely changed. Lifebook came to my life at the most perfect moment.
