Before this program I didn’t exactly know what I wanted out of my life. I thought about a few categories. Like fitness & health and my love life. But even with these categories, I didn’t go so deep. But now I have crystal clear visions & only thinking about living my highest quality life makes me happy. It energizes me and motivates me to go for it. Because of Lifebook, I had the opportunity to sit and really think about 12 important categories in my life. And developed a structure that will motivates & inspire me. Without Lifebook I wouldn’t have done it.
