I am not depressed and when I feel anxious, I know exactly what to do without having to take a pill

Before the program I was really depressed and had major anxiety. I was in so much pain that I literally laid on the couch most of the day. I later was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) I have to have a partial hysterectomy. I did the master class on Lifebook and knew that I needed the program to get a foundation of where in life I needed to go. Lifebook has totally changed my existence. I am not depressed and when I feel anxious, I know exactly what to do without having to take a pill. I am grateful that the first area was Health and Fitness, as that is the area I needed to work on the most. I went from laying on the couch to getting up in the morning meditating, going for a walk and sometimes doing a short beginner Tabata workout. Completing Energy Medicine exercises also helped me to decrease my pain significantly throughout these 6 weeks. I started a new diet to help control my IBS and I feel like a new person. Although, I still have to have surgery, I only have a positive outlook on my future. I am now very focused on making sure that I eat healthily, exercise appropriately and take ownership of my health and fitness. I am excited about my life vision and I know that it is going to be achieved. My intra-spect assessment score went from 73 to 110. This is only the beginning and I am looking forward to living my very best life!!! Thank you Jon and Missy!!!
