I am so pleased I have done Lifebook
Sally discovered that life after retirement isn't about slowing down—it's about accelerating personal growth. Through Lifebook's structured approach, they gained clarity on their purpose, making healthy habits effortless and creating a roadmap for their most meaningful years yet.
Some years ago, I did a mini-Life book of my own, and set an intention of developing my talents and achieving excellence in all areas of my life. This has worked surprisingly well, but Lifebook itself gave me so much more structure and depth. The idea of categorising the areas of my life and the PVPS strategy that creates a vision for each category has taken me so much further. Being an older woman, the last years of my life are particularly important, for all the things I want to do before I leave this planet. And amongst all this is the idea that we don't just vegetate after 'retirement', but use this time to go even further in our personal growth.
In the six weeks of Lifebook I have felt a much stronger sense of purpose in my life: it is easier to eat the right amounts of the right foods; I have no problem getting up early each morning to meditate; my financial plan is well underway. My exercise plan goes on much as normal because my personal coach, my dog Tango, ensures I do plenty of walking.
I am so pleased I have done Lifebook, and I will continue improving and developing my personal Lifebook for the rest of my life.
Thank you so much Jon and Missy for all the thought, care and hard work that has gone into developing Lifebook and gathering all the material together. It has changed my life for the better.
