“Less chaos, less crisis, less stuff equals more space”
Sophie discovered that simplifying her life created more mental, physical, and material space. While she loved the Lifebook journey and the wisdom gained, she's taking time to build confidence with community engagement at her own pace.
I can now see that less is more...less chaos, less crisis, less 'stuff' equals more space - mental, physical, material space...and to surround myself with beauty. But I'm still stuck with 'community'! My challenge through Lifebook was to engage with the community on Facebook..but I didn't do too well! I find it hugely intimidating..although it is full of wonderful people...I get overwhelmed by all the talk! and then I run..run..run! For this reason, I'm afraid to go further with Lifebook until I feel I can embrace the community with more confidence. I have a strong feeling I will be back soon. I have totally loved the journey..and I shall carry on walking the path..with the wise words you have helped me write...just a little slowly! Thank you all for being such beacons!
