"I can think more intentionally about improving the things that feel disorganized in my life."

Before this program, I had been feeling a little disorganized. I have a full-time career, children who are super involved, and a husband who has a demanding career and is also lay clergy for our church. Financial management and household management were also my sole responsibilities. With so little time in our days, I was feeling like if I were to be gone tomorrow, I would have regrets and leave my household in a mess. I have spent my life seeking after new experiences, new skills, and was feeling a bit stagnant after starting my third career as a real estate professional. I was feeling like I wasn't moving forward fast enough. I decided to try Lifebook, to force myself to evaluate where I am in my life, and to see if I can put some order to the things that were making me feel anxious. This has been a good process for me. Despite what I thought previously, I am not in as bad of a shape as I thought! I don't have everything checked off, but I am living a more abundant life - temporally, emotionally, and spiritually - than I gave myself credit for. Now that I have some ruminating thoughts written down, I can think more intentionally about improving the things that feel disorganized in my life. While I am not sure I will continue in the Lifebook journey, I am grateful for this experience and looking forward to continuing my own journey.
