"I feel reborn from my ashes"

Before Lifebook, I felt unworthy and yet still pretended on some level that I didn't feel that way about myself. To truly acknowledge how little I valued myself has been extremely transformational. I will never be the same and I am extremely grateful to Jon & Missy, Alex and the entire Lifebook community for helping me burst my own self-imprisonment bubble. This bubble bursting has helped me open my mind and my life to reach heights I never dreamed of. I am blessed and honored to say that I am letting go of the many issues that stemmed from my feelings of unworthiness that expressed themselves outwardly in nasty words, jealousy and unhealthy habits. Certain conspiracy theorists worry about zombies in the future but we have zombies now. People today, including myself only a few weeks ago, live a zombie life. They mindlessly and unconsciously walk through their life. The walking dead are all around us now. I am lucky and grateful that I have come along on my own before Lifebook after a few life-changing traumatic brain or traumatic emotional injuries and Lifebook came at the right time. Lifebook was the final nail in the coffin on my previous zombie self. With Lifebook, I have truly found the courage to leave my past in the past and not carry it with me as voluntary emotional luggage. I feel reborn in the ashes of my old self, like the phoenix I have read about in various books/stories. Now I wake up filled with a surplus of gratitude that ignites a new energy to work on myself, my life and my lifebook. I have painfully learned and now love that change is constant. I am constantly changing, growing, evolving so my lifebook, being an extension of me will also continuously change, grow and evolve. I am happy that I get to add more of myself and my growing life vision to my lifebook at any time. I am the author of my life and my lifebook is the physical, tangible book that allows me to see the author in me, in action. Thank you truly from the bottom to the top of my heart. I am eternally grateful to you all and the only way I can repay your life-changing gifts is by embodying the lessons taught to me in this amazing Lifebook Quest. I am ready for Lifebook Mastery and to continue this journey onward and upward. Let's do this!
