I feel very motivated to make my dreams come true! And now I’m dreaming higher than ever!
After moving to the US and questioning her banking career, Juli used Lifebook to reconnect with her health priorities and gain clarity on her professional path. She now pursues financial independence on her own terms, refusing to compromise her work-life balance.
Before I started My Lifebook I have just moved to the US from Brazil with my husband. My husband was expatriated from a Multinational company and we are really thrilled with the opportunity of living abroad. However, I did left my job confident that I would quickly find something here. Upon my arrival I felt extremely overwhelmed and started questioning the continuation of my career in the banking industry. Although I love my job, the industry is pretty hectic and quite conflicting with what I consider a high quality of life. So I can say that I was completely lost before starting my Lifebook. [Biggest results] #1 was understanding how little attention I was giving to my health. I have always been very attentive and well educated about health and nutrition, however, my actions were not following my thoughts on the matter. #2 was deciding to go back to the financial industry. I realized that one of the important points of my vision is being financially independent, and I wanna be wealthy and working mama. That’s why for the moment, continuing as a financial adviser is the way to get my short term goals in the financial category. However, I realized that my bar is quite high on deciding where I wanna work. I won’t accept or let work affect my work/life balance.
