I have learned to put ME first

Quick summary

Struggling with postpartum depression as a single mom, Christina felt lost and unsupported. Through Lifebook, she discovered her purpose, reconnected with herself, and learned to prioritize her own wellbeing—finally seeing herself again after three years.

Before Lifebook I was suffering from really bad postpartum depression and I felt like the world was crashing down around me. I am 32 years old and a single mom, and I didn't know what to do. I had no emotional support or financial support from my sons father. My family has been there for me, but only financially, when I spoke about my depression they would either change the subject or tell me to just start thinking positively. Everything was and somethings still are challenging, but thing are definitely getting better. I have also been trying to figure out my "purpose" and what I am meant to do on this Earth, and before Lifebook I had no idea. Thanks to Lifebook I have more clarity on what my "Purpose" is and how I am suppose to give back to Mother Earth. I am still fine tuning exactly how to achieve my goals and purpose, but I definitely have more clarity and am connected to myself more. Now, because of Lifebook, I enjoy meditating, drinking my Green Smoothie every morning and taking time to do things that make me happy! Before I would focus on making everyone around me happy first then I would take care of myself afterwards, but now I have learned to put "Me" first! I am truly grateful for Jon & Missy and for them sharing Lifebook with us. It is a course unlike anything I have ever done and I am now finally seeing "Christina" again after almost 3 years of dealing with my depression. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Jon & Missy!!
