"I have relaxed into my solo journey as Lifebook helped me to see that I want to be functioning at a much higher level"

Before Lifebook, I was really struggling to see what was holding me back. Every day I felt like I was going around and around in a very small circle using all of my energy just to make it through my workday. Lifebook has directed me to the areas in my life that need to be addressed immediately to get out of this terrible feeling that I am going nowhere fast. Since starting Lifebook, I have changed many things in my home specifically the clutter and disorder I kept around me. I have painted, bought a new sofa, made my own tabletop fireplace and discarded so much useless stuff that was making me feel insane! I have approached my relationship with my daughter differently and we are starting to have more time without crazy moments of anger and disagreement that we had on a daily basis before.

I have relaxed into my solo journey as Lifebook helped me to see that I want to be functioning at a much higher level before I set out to find my perfect mate. My heart has gone still because of this. Most of all, I realized how much energy I am putting out physically every day in my job as a registered massage therapist and have for 27 years. I know and have known for a while, that I cannot maintain this type of physical work for much longer. Lifebook helped me to see clearly which direction I need to go in order to be the healthiest, most creative, abundant me I can possibly be in every area of life. I have made steps this past week to move towards a career adjustment to lighten the load and begin a new chapter.

I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to do this course. It has been the most significant, eye-opening process I have ever done. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for guiding me through to the other side.
