Hi, I am Gervas Vyizigiro born in Burundi currently in Australia. I call myself Africano Auzi. Before I talk too much let me thank JON and MISSY for the wonderful program. They are so amazing, empowering and inspiring. Before the program, I could not think that it is possible to do how much I am doing now, within 6 weeks. During my six weeks after I have decided completely to stop any kind of study, I am now enrolled in Graduate Certificate to upgrade my intellectual capabilities. On my birthday, I have walked 65 km none stop just to measure how much the program has empowered me through the determination. I was having a 40min walk 3 days/week but now I do more than 1hour walk and exercises every day. I have incorporated in my meal fruits and veggies and 3L of water every day which I was not doing at all. Furthermore, I was having nice and fake friends but now I have selected some that I consider the best and very important ones. Days to comes I will be reading my lifebook to every day so I can involve more habits in my life.
