I learned how to balance a positive-sum mindset where mutual benefit and growth are possible
After her baby's medical journey and building a family business, Jennifer found herself paralyzed by a zero-sum mindset. Through Lifebook, they discovered how to embrace mutual benefit across all life areas and learned to include themselves on their own priority list.
Lifebook had a "profound change" on me —as my husband will say. I completed the online course after my baby's medical healing journey and building our family business around answers I discovered and one I invented along the way. I was juggling many roles that I cared deeply about while subconsciously holding a zero-sum mindset that was paralyzing me. I was searching for guidance when I found the Lifebook program. I learned we were never meant to choose between all that we love. I learned how to balance a positive-sum mindset where mutual benefit and growth are possible. I also learned that I deserve to be part of my priority list —among other life categories. This program is set up so you can't BS yourself (I don't know how else to put that) as to what it is you truly want and need across 12 life categories, which are known to elevate and balance out our shared life experiences. Lifebook was a life-saving game-changer for me. I recommend it to all my friends, family and the community that my business supports.
