I literally experience a sense of joy in every moment

Before Lifebook, I heard Jon speak about the program in multiple interviews and ads. I actually took it upon myself to decide that I would use the idea of the program to start creating my own version of a conscious life. My life was peaceful and I was in a place of recognizing the value in personal growth. Still, I knew that I wasn’t realizing my full potential and I was in a place of waiting for change to happen.

After hearing about the accountability deal I decided I had nothing to lose. I signed up and was EXTREMELY excited to begin.

Immediately, I recognized that I was beginning to direct my life. I realized that my life today was a result of all of the decisions I’ve made in my life up to this point. But more importantly, the plan that I was creating would ensure that there was no surprise about where my life was going. How powerful is that?!

As I have been getting more interested in the idea of visualization, I experienced throughout this process just how helpful the tool of visualization is to view the new me. As a result, as I was completing this program I was also living my future in the moment. Feelings of joy, contentment, peace, and love continuously found their way into my body and they continue to remain.

This program provided me with clarity as it ultimately made me feel a sense of excitement for the remainder of life that I have to live. I literally experience a sense of joy in every moment and would be completely at peace if it all ended now. I look forward to meeting Missy and Jon and expressing my gratitude to them.
