Lifebook is an incredible tool which has sharpen my entity. It's so apt. It has given me a sense of ownership and belonging by making me know that am the author of my very self, whatever I give in is what I get out of my life, even though am a successful career lady, I was still lost at some point in deciding what I really wanted out of life. With this tool, I know I can set my sail on and be sure of reaching on my treasured Islands. To be frank, I didn't really know what to get out of it, I felt it was one of the usual programs I have enrolled on, I just remained positive anyways. My health, Love life, Parenting has taken a great leap, I cant forget to mention that I have now taken charge of my emotions and not the other way round and my intellects have been sharpen better than before.
