I still need to work on I am extremely happy and proud of myself for the progress I have made

Quick summary

Brianna went from feeling sad and emotionally overwhelmed to regaining control of her life. In just two months, her Lifebook assessment score jumped from 81 to 112, proving that even slow progress can lead to profound transformation.

Before this program, I was emotionally not strong at all. My initial Lifebook assessment score came to 81. I was sad all the time and had so many different emotions inside my body that I did not know how to express them. Thanks to this program and coaches(Vicki Scataglini in particular), I was able to open myself up and look at each category of my life and help solve the problem in that category without overwhelming myself. This helped change my life around not just in that particular category but in all aspects of my life. I feel happier than I did before. Although, there are still areas of my life I still need to work on I am extremely happy and proud of myself for the progress I have made. I took my second Lifebook assessment today exactly 2 months from the initial assessment date and my score is 112!! I can feel myself regaining the reins of my life and can see the slow progress I am making to control it. This reminds me that even if the progress is slow the important thing is that the progress is happening. This thought is like a boost of energy to my body that helps my body work harder than the day before. I am so grateful for this program and even more grateful that my mother found it and got me started on it.
