I totally believe that when everybody has their Lifebook, the world will be better.

My life has been transformed in the last 5 months in a way I can only compare to my first 49 years of age altogether! I’m talking about exponential personal growth. All of this, because of Lifebook.

I had a good life already. Nice apartment, structured family, a nice career that I love, health in order. What I didn’t know was that you can turn “a good life” into “an extraordinary life”!

Lifebook is such a simple concept! But it’s far from being easy. There’s an immense amount of work to do! The structure around each of the 12 categories puts you in such a powerful framework to think sooo deeply about your health, character, intellectual and spiritual life, parenting, career, finances, relationships, and more... They are all different parts of your life, but also parts that support each other, that are all interconnected, all that make up only one thing: your life. And having a clear vision of what’s important, what you want, why you want it, and how to get there, is immensely powerful!

The results so far are amazing: my relationship with my wife is so much better; my body fat came down from 20-ish % to 14% in 5 months; I’m reading a book per week (versus maybe 5 in total in the last 2 years); meditating every day; I’m working on 3 different projects that are all amazing and can do so much good for so many people; and so much more.

I totally believe that when everybody has their Lifebook, the world will be better. Just because everyone will have such a higher level of consciousness, of being self-responsible for their own actions, so much more energy to move forward and to put things in motion. This can only lead to greatness. Individual and, hence, collective.
