I was in the middle of a huge career change and I had just realized that I had to go bankrupt

When I started Lifebook, I was pretty depressed (as compared to my usually super happy self). My five-year relationship with my fiancé had just ended, I was in the middle of a huge career change and I had just realized that I had to go bankrupt. I cried and pitied myself for a month. Then the New Year came and I decided it was time to get back on track. I saw an ad for the Lifebook quest on Mindvalley. When I first took the Intra-Spect Assessment, I scored at 107 (which was quite low for me). Over the course of the Quest, I used all of my energy to take care of myself, get rid of negativity and organize my goals and strategies with my Lifebook. My score went from 107 to 112, to 119, to 134 and, finally, to 142. As a personal coach in neurolinguistic programming and naturopathy, I did not learn a lot of new concepts during this quest. But it was motivating to realize all I had already mastered and very helpful to organize everything in one place. I also think Jon and Missy are incredible people. They sure are a model for my future relationship! I also want to thank them for their initiative of giving a refund to people who would complete the whole quest and would need it. I could not have participated otherwise. Thank you!
