Hello All, My life is currently in a major transitioning phase. This Lifebook program has lead me to establishing what exactly is important to myself. During the process of creating the book, the topics and format brought forth things that were deep in myself. I had never brought to the surface the importance of establishing to myself the values and core beliefs that structure my life. As the lesson and discussions evolved in each chapter it was exciting to form a Lifebook. It was some seriously deep thinking, and that led to amazing discoveries and seeing strong foundations develop. I loved the side roads of reading material and the Q&A with Jon and Missy.
