My life was pretty darn great before Lifebook, but I knew I wanted more, an extraordinary life. Lifebook has given me greater clarity around what I want, but more importantly, it has allowed me to give myself permission to own and go after my vision. Before Lifebook, I had an idea of what I wanted in a couple of areas in my life, but I was missing the balance I need in all areas. I was also imposing resistance to what I wanted. Lifebook helped me creat a clear vision in every category of my life and understand the importance of integration of all categories. Once I could see how the categories all worked together, I was able to refine my vision and strategy to fit where I want to be in the next few years.
