I learned so much about myself doing the Lifebook course. I just finished today which is February 2021. This has been an invaluable tool for me as it's a cold winter and my home town I live in has been in lockdown for a year. Lifebook has not just kept me sane through all this pandemic but it has given me real hope which is what we all need in times like these. Word can't express how grateful I am to Jon and Missy.
