Love relationships was a gamechanger for me

Before Lifebook, I had an already pretty amazing life. Thanks to Lifebook, I now have the tools to take my life to a whole new level! Lifebook gave me focus, more direction, organization, and strategies. My premise for health and fitness was so strong that I designed and implemented a more involved exercise program, which is yielding stunning results. Exercising daily is now a habit, and not only am I fitter, more toned, and stronger, I am also getting healthier and happier. I love my toned shoulders, arms, and legs but I especially love my flattened tummy! Seeing the results just spurns me on and keeps me on track! The size 5s are fitting great and it is hard to find any place on my body where you can pinch an inch! Also, watching Jon and Missy has shown me a whole new way to be more sensual and sexy. I want to be so hot that my partner cannot keep his hands off me and I am well on the way! I loved and benefitted from all the sections, but the one on love relationships was a gamechanger for me!
