Before Lifebook, my life felt totally out of control and spiraling downward. So many important things had become routine, boring, and tedious.
I am still 1 year in to trying to heal from anxiety and panic, and doing Lifebook gave me a huge boost to my inner confidence and positivity. I feel energized, renewed, revitalized and inspired. My husband and I are closer than ever. I feel so much more hope around getting my health back, our finances under control and improving our lives in every aspect.
