Over the years before Lifebook, I had lost my enthusiasm, direction, and confidence in my business and partnership had become lax in my health and fitness and my usual sunny nature saw too many cloudy days. At 62, this was not how I wanted to spend the next few decades of my life. The other areas of my life were good to great but I felt like my glass was half full. I need to be filled with life.
