Before Lifebook, my life vision was not clear. I was anxious and my health was not good. Despite trying to make changes, things were still confusing and unclear. I knew I could achieve more but did not have the vision or plan to do so. I desperately needed structure to organize my thoughts. And now, my life vision is much clearer, more meaningful and has direction. I am forever thankful.
