Lifebook Online

Over the past few weeks I've really taken my life in hand as I have created my Lifebook

I have had a long-held interest in personal development and read widely, studied deeply and been eternally hopeful that I'd find whatever secret or method I was looking for. I was ready for this to be a lifelong journey, but finding Lifebook Online has accelerated the process. Over the past few weeks I've really taken my life in hand as I have created my Lifebook. This has been a fairly intense period of reflection and intention setting and it has been an empowering, revealing and highly personal process. It has helped me make sense of how I got to where I am in life, and given me enthusiasm for my life to come. Studying each category has been fascinating. As Jon says, it's important to 'trust the process', and see it as a synergistic and interconnected experience. It's not about being perfect, or finding 'the answer' because my Lifebook is something that I can revisit at adapt over the years. I love the framework and the tuition is insightful and engaging (as is the community). I am both excited and intrigued as to how life vision will play out now I have completed my first Lifebook. I became a coach because I love helping people find clarity and to get excited about 'building' their future intentionally and Lifebook is a great tool for that. Jon and Missy are great role models and it has been a privilege to learn from them.
