"Thanks to Lifebook, I was able to put into words all my beliefs!"

Well, I am a very reasonable, analytical and conscious person. But before Lifebook it was taking me a lot of work to put clearly a vision of my life and my greatest goals. As Jon said in many classes, we live in a super fast pace, that we crawl, full of confusion and stress. Thanks to Lifebook I was able to put into words at least all my beliefs, it helped me discover the necessary time to think deeply about my life and myself, I could see that I had contradictory and limiting beliefs. It also helped me calm my anxiety and my fear of the future, and realise that sometimes changes must be drastic in order to stop living in a miserable present and risk living the life we ​​deserve and that we dream of. Now my life has a more promising future, due to the fact that as Missy and Jon say, it is impossible to bring so much awareness to life and that everything remains the same. It may not be super easy, especially since it depends entirely on yourself, taking responsibility and reins of your life, and doing something about it. But at least now I have clarity and a tool that serves as my life.
