"This is a "game-changer" in my life"

I want to thank Missy and Jon for their generosity in offering the course. The "chapters" such as the Q&As are extremely valuable. After having taken several courses at Mindvalley, I needed to take one that would give me a panoramic view of all the relevant areas of my life to make sure I don't leave one out. Success at work but no time for family or health, sooner or later generates problems. So how do I keep all areas of my life in balance? Well, that is exactly what Lifebook is doing in my life. Several "chapters" I have already solved, but there are others where I have to move forward and overcome certain bad habits. Now I have the peace of mind that I will be able to pay attention to what I need to improve without leaving aside the other areas. This is a "game-changer" in my life. Missy and Jon's emotional intelligence is impressive. I love listening to Q&As. As a women, the point of view from Missy is also important to hear. The only thing I missed in their "chapters" and Q&As is the environmental dimension. If we don't consume responsibly, it will be difficult to maintain our health, our children's quality of life in the future, etc. We all influence our natural ecosystem every day with the consumption decisions we make. We don't have to sacrifice luxury, what we have to sacrifice is quantity.
