This program encouraged me to start rebuilding my life with direction

Quick summary

At 64, after years of illness and the end of an 18-year relationship, Marsha found herself rebuilding her life from the ground up. Lifebook gave her the structure and encouragement to chart a course forward across all life's facets, confirming she was on the right path while inspiring her to tackle areas she'd felt too overwhelmed to address.

Before this program, I had been delving into how I was going to structure my new life. I had years of illness and many surgeries. I have a chronic autoimmune disease (polyarteritis nodosa), and have suffered severe nerve damage, due to heavy metal poisoning, that I am continuing to work with and improve upon with the "What CAN I do?" attitude. That attitude, backed by the Mindvalley movement has helped me to begin all over again. I am 64, and while most of my peers have had full lives with family, careers, and so much social interaction, I simply don't have the same story. I was in an 18 year relationship, that after much difficulty, came to an end in 2024. So I am now on my own, very happy to be alive, but overwhelmed with the rebuilding of my life ahead. I feel like a 20 year old, in a 64 year old body. The structure of Lifebook is a good observation of the many facets of life we live. The analysis and planning for each facet is a helpful journaling experience, that in my case, confirmed some of which I had begun, while also providing a structure for other aspects for me to forge into, like finding my soulmate. I am a bubbly person, with so much to offer, but am really at near ground zero. I am a tiny sprout right now. I have a lot of growing to do! That clock is ticking so loudly! We'll see how I continue to apply everything I've been doing. The Lifebook was definite confirmation that I am doing some things right on course, while others I had been too overwhelmed to have the energy for. I really feel alone on this journey, and that is a challenge that probably the most weighing. Since I'm really in the beginning stages of my journey, I can't yet comment on Lifebook's effect on my journey, but I do think it has been encouraging in plotting out a course to head into for so many facets of my life. Thank you Jon & Missy Butcher, and Vishen!
