Today I consider myself a wealthy woman, able to treat my kids to well overdue vacation, able to join the gyms, able to relax now and focus on ME

I've stretched from being an agnostic biomedical engineer to becoming a spiritual teacher, life coach, and mother of 2 incredible teens. Understanding that personal growth is an ongoing practice, so I was excited to join the Lifebook community. My parents, and ex-husband kept trying to make me think I was crazy for seeking change. The past 3 years have been extremely challenging. I got divorced after 24yr marriage, and between selling the business I never wanted and starting over with a new career, handling my kids, and my elderly parents, I was really feeling unbalanced and although healthy I was not fit. I was financially scraping the bottom of the barrel and Covid didn't help. I had inner peace and learned how to create happiness from within but I was looking to have it manifest NOW on the outside! Lifebook helped me organize what my heart has known for a long time and put it on paper. Questioning and letting go of some leftover stagnated premises made things finally move forward. During my Lifebook journey, both my parents transitioned, and although clearly sad and traumatic, it gave me my time back and Today I consider myself a wealthy woman, able to treat my kids to well overdue vacation, able to join the gyms, able to relax now and focus on ME. My relationship with my boys is on track and more intimate than ever. And I realized that my "why" my motivation for getting back into fitness is so I can enjoy life with them as long as I can. For the first time in over 25 years, I feel like myself again. I am grateful for the clarity, discipline, and focus gained by the Lifebook Journey. It was reassuring that I have been on the right track. I finally found a like-minded community. I Can't wait to join in some of your travels!!
