"Truly a blueprint for the shelves of life"

So, in short: Lifebook helped me to notice that I was missing friends in my life ( august 2019, pre corona) I did not realize it was a problem, had a decent enough job and relatives close, but for a couple of years my usual friends-outside of work-circle was dealing with two breakups, everyone stayed carefully , distantly or rarely in touch. I probably would not have had the courage and intent needed to follow through with just showing up to a random D&D event at the local library, in order to get new acquaintances. Heck, I did not really want to do Lifebook and I struggled to keep up a lot. Mainly because life was not great, but still not bad, comfortable, I could have kept going for a couple more years like that until probably breaking down and having a much harder time getting up. I am picturing now that instead of spending 2 or whatever amount of years stuck, I can be useful for not only myself, I can give more support and be way more present with everyone around me, at work, school( yes, my friends encouraged me!) in the store getting groceries, and I am taking care of myself so other people do not have to( better that they can choose to). I am probably a better part of humankind now than before. Thanks for sharing Lifebook, i managed to seep in enough in my consciousness over time, even if it seemed like a standstill for over a year- to actually end up in “getting my shit together”. Truly a blueprint for the shelves of life that we locate, design, build, rebuild, look for, ask for help with and create and put up and fill with the best in life, everything gets its place and time to be considered because it matters.
