Watch This Space.....

Before Lifebook, I only ever dreamt of finding the success I am now on the way to having. I’ve found confidence in myself, I never knew possible. I’ve gone from a score of 118 to 142, just by focusing myself and my intentions, whilst going through my Lifebook. I’ve already made so many changes and begun implementing steps towards my Life’s Vision. I’m well on my way to the life I Never thought I would find a way of living! I’ve lost 14lbs in weight and I’ve lost the following measurements: Bust. -1 cm Waist -8 cm Left arm -2 cm Right arm -3 cm Hips -6 cm Left thigh -3 cm Right thigh -3 cm Left calf -3 cm Right calf -3 cm I opened a YouTube account for my singing and posted my first song , (that I’ve sung a Capella, as I don’t have the music towards it, yet). I’ve been inspired to start (finishing the details for it at the moment), monthly meetings to reconnect people, at a time where technology is taking over and mental health issues are rising. I will start locally, then take it nationwide, before going global. I have given up ‘social’ smoking that I was in complete denial about. Believing I was a non-smoker, but haven’t had one in over four weeks and will never have another one again. I meditate every morning before I begin my day and have exercised almost every day, apart from when I hurt my ankle and had to rest. This is all to begin with and I’ve not even really started on changing all areas. I still have plenty to work out and work on. I now have the clarity and focus to make my life the most extraordinary I possibly can for myself, my family and all of humanity. I can’t wait to roll out my plans over the coming weeks and months and see where this journey will take me next.
