But ultimately we were burnt out from work, traveling, sick with poor health and physical shape, stress as we hadn’t put much consciousness into what we were doing, how we got here and where we were going. In the end we took a much needed leap into Lifebook. We both took some much needed time off and went all in with Lifebook. We didn’t have a lot of energy but we spent so much time going deep into each category and discovering what we really wanted in life. It wasn’t easy to put so much consciousness into areas of your life, and there were some(a lot) of tears. But thanks to Lifebook, Jon&Missy and Mindvalley we were able to complete our Lifebooks. We now have a vision for our future and a book filled with reasons why and how to get there. We unlocked some deep emotional trauma from the past and are now learning to deal with them and letting go. Our health and fitness has improved so much in the past 6 weeks. We have an awesome nutritious diet, we exercise daily, meditate daily and a new sense of energy for life in general. We have started working again with our new company and business. We can happily say that now we feel we have a life and not merely going through life.
