I have just finished my first Lifebook, so I have seen immediate changes, in health & fitness, parenting, love, social, career, & character. Not even halfway through my husband stated how obvious it was that I (we) was getting a lot from this and if I needed to keep the program and not receive the refund, then we would make it work! The most amazing thing that has happened to me is that during this journey, I discovered my purpose. When it came to me so clearly, tears of joy filled my eyes & I was almost breathless with gratitude and wonder. I say wonder! because it felt like magic.
