Marisa Peer has helped me heal the broken feeling by saying and believing those 3 powerful words: "I am enough". Marisa said, "Your mind should be your best friend." What matters is how you feel about yourself it's not your job title, your waist size, the number on the scale." She reminded us to keep upgrading the child within us and when a thought comes up that is toxic say that is not me. Praise yourself/ fill up your own cup/ you can give more away.

Loving myself is not something I spent time and energy doing. Being a wife and mother to two boys had me busy and not thinking about myself. I now have me time for the first time in a long time when the boys visit their dad so I decided to spend some time alone to heal and love myself before I rush out to get involved in a new relationship.
