Emma experienced a profound moment of light during a technique about unity with the universe and releasing limiting beliefs. Inspired by the healer's warm, authentic energy, she's now using these tools to transform her second half of life.
The technique she used about being at one with the universe and letting go of limiting beliefs... I actually saw a bright light at the time when I did it with her! I have many limiting beliefs due to a rough first half of life.. so I'm going to keep using this technique to help me with my beautiful 2nd half once those beliefs creep in. I also liked the scale she showed/uses to gauge emotions and their energy level... id never seen that before so found it very interesting and gave me lots to think about. In general I like the way she presents ( I like the giggle!) She has a warm motherly humble and honest energy.. she's the type of healer I would like to be one day.
