“I connected with three very clear memories of which I had not been previously aware.”
Kinerette uncovered three previously hidden memories and reframed them through adult eyes, healing past wounds where they once felt victimized. Now they're curious to see how this transformation will shift their shame responses in future situations.
Yes, I connected with three very clear memories of which I had not been previously aware. Realizing them, I was able to see them through adult eyes and take care of the me that felt like the victim at the time of the occurrence. It will be interesting to see how it plays out in my future. Particularly when I encounter situations that normally would provoke a shame response. I'd love to take the class.
