Rick transformed years of coaching and consulting training into focused, practical expertise. The CBC program helped them distill overlapping certifications into clear frameworks, enabling them to coach and empower others with newfound confidence and effectiveness.
Before CBC I joined multiple coaching courses and certifications (from basic to Master), so there was much overlap with the CBC Coaching content. However, I found the CBC Coaching content spot-on and it helps to highlight what to focus on. Now I can coach people (including coaching them how to coach) using the CBC Coaching materials/frameworks, enabling me to enable them as people (and coaches) much more effectively.

Now I feel even more confident to teach, share and empower others using these CBC Consulting materials/frameworks enabling me to enable individuals and teams more effectively.
