"It's sort of crazy but I am now 32 with better shape than my senior year of high school"

Before this Quest I was skinny fat as they with energy burning up left and right due to my cycling career. Now, it's sort of crazy but I am now 32 with better shape than my senior year of high school. I have more energy, efficiency and clarity throughout the day. I would like to thank the team for this awesome class.

Peace,

Thad Hill
