"My mindset has grown so much, the knowledge and progress are even measurable"
Before this Quest, my life was a whirlwind of chaos and figuring out what to do. After taking this Quest I feel that progress over perfection is the way to change and increase happiness. Progress equals happiness. The reason I enrolled in this quest was to prove to myself that I can make and sustain huge life changes within myself. Now I can take this out to the world and share it with others to support them in their life journey and progress. My mindset has grown so much, the knowledge and progress are even measurable. My top 3 takeaways or insight are 1. Anything is possible, 2. Just keep going 3. Believe in yourself. The biggest positive changes I've noticed are my strength of body and mind, growth emotionally and spiritually. The support within this whole group is purely angelic, it's like I've come home to myself, and now there are hundreds of like-minded, supportive people I can reach out to and call friends. I feel truly blessed.
